  The worst place I’ve ever worked. Constantly lied to. They send your private emails to your supervisor to everyone in the office like you’re a joke. One day they tell you how lucky they are to have you, the next they avoid you, or bring you into an office to give you ‘constructive criticism’ which is actually backhanded compliments. They never give guidance, even when it’s asked for several times. They will always side with a student before an instructor, and if you enforce a rule that’s in the student handbook, you’re told that [you] are wrong and should have handled it better. They say to come to them at any time for help, but that’s a lie. They just ignore you, and they “are in a meeting” every time you need assistance. They also fire you under false pretenses - asking you to come talk about changes to a teaching plan and then fire you and won’t give you a reason. They let students swear at teachers, be out of dress code and even threaten to harm your life, but it’s always the instructors fault. You’re also supposed to dress for your profession, but you’re not allowed to wear anything but black. If you make a suggestion, they don’t ever get back to you, but instead they terminate your employment and hire someone else and THEN implement your suggestions. This is a very stressful and hostile work environment, and there is no job security for instructors. Don’t work here unless you are willing to give up free speech and be a mindless robot.
